HOW LONG IS THE COMMITMENT?
As soon as your subscription begins, you'll receive a confirmation email with contact info and a receipt for your purchase. We ask every customer to commit to at least 6 month of service, this is also reiterated in your confirmation email. After your initial purchase you have 3 business days to ask for a no questions asked full refund.
HOW DO I UPDATE MY ACCOUNT?
As soon as your subscription begins, you'll receive a confirmation email with contact info to your designated account manager. If you can not find this email or feel it would be easier to call us to update your advertising campaign with new specials, offers, or pictures simply call us at 951-514-2600 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help you right away.
CAN I GET A REFUND?
Advertising charges are non refundable past 3 business days of your original purchase, but once you cancel you will never be charged again. We provide an incredible value: exposure to the most targeted audience in your local area.
